Brief Introduction
CBDB Series is half-sealed tubular wet tantalum electrolytic capacitors With polar axial leads are characterized in small size, low DC Leakage, stable and excellent performances, high reliability and long life. CBDB Series meets the requirements of Chinese Electronic industry standard SJ/T10030-91, widely used in electronic equipment for military and civil applications such as telecommunication, aerospace and aviation.
Wet tantalum capacitors / patent certificate available usually consist of an anode made of tantalum metal and a cathode made of tantalum oxide. Between the two is an insulating layer, usually formed by manganese dioxide. The liquid electrolyte is usually sulfuric acid. This structure makes the wet tantalum capacitor have high capacitance and stability.
Jinpei wet tantalum capacitors are widely used in many applications, especially in areas where high performance and reliability are required. They are commonly used in aerospace, military equipment, communications, oil exploration equipment and other demanding applications.

Operating Temperature Range: -55℃～+125℃(>85℃,use derated voltage) Capacitance Tolerance:M=±20%,K=±10%
DC Leakage: at +20℃, I0≤0.001CRUR or 1μA(Which is greater);
At +85℃ and +125℃, I0≤0.008CRUR or 8μA(Which is greater)
