Series meets the requirements of Chinese Electronic industry standard QZJ840628, QJ/PWV77-2003, widely used in electronic equipment for military and civil applications such as telecommunication, aerospace and aviation.

Technical Characteristics

Operating Temperature Range: -55℃～+125℃(>85℃ use derated voltage)

Capacitance Tolerance: M=±20%,K=±10%

DC Leakage: at +25℃, I ≤0.0008CR UR 1uA(Whichever is greater); at +85℃ I≤ 8 I0 or 8μA(Whichever is greater)

At +125℃, I≤ 8 I0 or 8μA(Whichever is greater) Dissipation factor (tgδ) at 25℃ please see table 2

2、Capacitance, DF measure frequency: 100Hz，U-=2.2 0V，U~=1.0 0V(effective value)
